Under Coach Zu’s leadership, the Midwest Hawks have grown into one of the most respected, feared youth football programs in Illinois — and a National Championship program.
What makes this success special isn’t just the wins on the field, it’s the foundation that was built behind the scenes. Coach Zu and his staff created a culture centered on discipline, accountability, and development. Every athlete that comes through the program is taught more than football — they’re taught commitment, teamwork, and how to carry themselves as young men.
The coaching staff has always believed in preparation over hype. Fundamentals, football IQ, and hard work are the expectations.
