🧘 Reclaim Your Calm: Mindfulness & Digital Detox Session 📵✨

Ready to hit the reset button? 🌿 As part of our Polish Youth Night, we are starting the evening with a dedicated space to unplug, breathe, and find your inner balance.

Before the networking and tea-making begin, join us for a focused session designed to help you leave the digital noise at the door and transition into a state of mental clarity. 🧘‍♂️💫

🕒 The Schedule
• Time: 6:15 PM – 6:45 PM (Sharp!) 🕕
• Led by: Aleksandra Gołota, an experienced yoga teacher and wellness expert. 🧘‍♀️✨
• Singing bowls: Let the resonant frequencies help you sink deeper into relaxation. 🥣🎶
🎒 What to Prepare
• Bring a change of clothes! Whether it's activewear or just something loose and comfortable that you can move in. 👟👕
• If you have a yoga mat, please bring it along! 🧘
• We recommend arriving a few minutes early to change and get settled so we can start exactly at 6:15. ⏱️

🇵🇱 Wraz z Młodzieżową Radą Polonijną przy Marszałku Senatu RP, Polskie Stowarzyszenie Młodzieży zorganizowało spotkanie dla mlodziezy z Marszałkiem Senatu RP, Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska. To było wyjątkową okazją do rozmowy, zadawania pytań oraz wymiany doświadczeń między młodym pokoleniem Polonii a przedstawicielami Polski

Dziękujemy Idea Furniture za wsparcie wydarzenia oraz Paderewski Symphony Orchestra za udostępnienie przestrzeni na to ważne spotkanie 🤍❤️

🇺🇸 In collaboration with the Youth Advisory Council by the Marshal of the Senate, the Polish Youth Association organized a meeting with Marshal of the Senate of Poland, Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska. This created an opportunity for Polish youth in America to ask questions, engage in conversation, and exchange perspectives with one of Poland’s leading political figures 🇺🇸

This is your opportunity to learn how young people in the United States can get involved in Polish affairs, as well as how to participate in this year’s Polonia Camp, an international gathering of Polish diaspora youth from around the world in Warsaw, Poland. Take part in an interactive Q&A session and find out how you can get involved.

Wzięliśmy udział w wydarzeniu Legionu Młodych Polek „Breakfast at Tiffany’s” wspierającym fundację Gift From the Heart — Dar Serca 💙

To spotkanie było nie tylko okazją do wspólnego spędzenia czasu, ale przede wszystkim do wsparcia szczytnego celu, pomocy dzieciom w dostępie do niezbędnych terapii medycznych ✨
