Calling all fine artists! Talking Trash Chicago is seeking artists to recreate and repurpose yard signs in your own vision of Talking, Trash and its pillars, remediation, education and beautification. Imagine a clean, safe, beautiful community and bring it to life in true talking, trash, fashion on repurposed yard signs as we place them for the world to see. For more information, email us! We’re rolling up our sleeves to support a Black-owned business on the South Side while keeping our community clean and vibrant. This is more than just a cleanup—it’s a chance to connect, give back, and make an impact together.

We’re returning to Grand Crossing for a day of cleanup and gardening to bring fresh life to our neighborhood turnarounds. This community-powered event is all about coming together to keep our spaces clean, green, and thriving.

Supplies provided (gloves, tools, plants)

Let’s get our hands in the dirt, grow something beautiful, and show the power of community action.
