The Capacity Building Manager leads curriculum design and iteration, facilitates learning sessions as lead or co-lead, and manages each cohort from application through off-boarding.

They contribute to shared team decisions about curriculum and facilitation across AMPT’s program offerings, based on the priorities and needs of participating organizations.

This in-person free workshop will take place at 600 West Cermak Road on Thursday, October 22nd from 11 AM to 1 PM.

Applications are closing soon for AMPT's Crisis Management Consulting Program!

The Crisis Management Consulting Program is designed to provide nonprofit leadership with customized, hands-on guidance to navigate financial instability, operational disruptions, and challenges during times of crisis.

Each participant will select focus areas that align with their organization’s most pressing challenges and receive individualized consultation and strategic guidance from consultants or coaches aligned with the focus area.

Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis through October 26th, 2026.

Our Antiracist Practice Cohort session this month focused on building human-centered relationships in philanthropy. We facilitated an engaging simulation of the funding lifecycle to gain perspective from both the grant-makers and the grant-seekers.
