And the community event held by my aunts who run the Sunflower Project US.

I had the pleasure of teaching a line dance which was fun !!!! My ballerinas showed up and showed out and we others who joined
us and did a great job.

Times like these gosh melt my heart to see community together enjoying sometime together!!!!

Thank you for having me it was a great time as always !!!!!

So it has been a long day but before I call it a night have a couple more post

These 3 beautiful ladies where the top 3 participants in the wolf lake 5k this morning 1st 2nd and 3rd place in the 60-69 years young age group!!

It was a pleasure to have met them and stomp the pavement with them as well such an inspiration!!!!!

So my Tuesday and Thursday Ballerinas we will keep working to prepare for the next year event we can do it and it’s better together !!!!!

Today’s wolf lake 5k was great!!!!

I had the pleasure of leading warm up which was soooo good to be able to warm up with a lot of amazing people.

Although my foot injury I finished second in my age group felt ouchly (is that even a word 😂🤦🏽‍♀️😂) AMAZING.

Shout out to Hegewisch Business Association for such an amazing event congratulations on your 2nd annual wolf lake 5k.

Thank you Hegewisch Nutrition for showing up and providing your recovery drinks they are amazing as always as for myself I had the peach protein YUMMY!!!

Gosh I love my ballerinas! I faced some difficulties today with some pain BUT THESE LOVELY GROUP OF ANGELS GOT ME THROUGH!!!!! Despite what I faced they still moved and grooved until the had enough and gosh it was great to watch them work they did AMAZING AS ALWAYS!!!
