Congratulations to Ana and Oriana on being the 2025 Fernando J Pavon Scholarship recipients!

Ana Monasterio will be attending Western Michigan University. Her intended majors are Aviation Flight Science and Aviation Business Management

Oriana Virla will be attending Joliet Junior College. Her intended major is Psychology.

Thank you to everyone who attended the 2023 Fernando J Pavon Sunrise Scholarship Fundraiser. We appreciate everyone’s generous donations.

The scholarship fund was created in memory of Fernando J. Pavon who sadly passed away in January of 2013. Fernando valued education and giving back to his community. Every year a high school student is chosen who also demonstrates these same values.

Alexis Ortiz was the scholarship winner this year! Congratulations to Alexis! We wish her all the best with her future plans.
