We need a sponsor for a young man who wants to go to college to learn IT and administration skills. This is a short, one year course with a recognised qualification. He would then be able to help the SCK charity with book keeping and accounts.
Would you like to be his sponsor? The course costs $600 (£473) per semester so $1200 (£946) in total. And accomodation is $40 (£31.50) a month.
The deadline for this semester is Wednesday 14th. Next intake in November.

Anyone know someone who would like to be a sponsor?

Last Sunday we did house to house food delivery and we came across a family with a bed raiden mother of 6 . She has TB and other illnesses. She is a mother of six firstborn ,being 17 years old who have stopped schooling so she can take care of other children and their mum. Age groups 17,15,13,11,9&6 years old. The family were very happy to receive food and requested us to support them in buying of medicine and sponsorship programme. Your support will be highly appreciated to this family. The mother need to start receive TB treatment immediately with the budget of $25 a week and weekly food . The way this community comes together is fantastic, and a testament to Beth's faith and conviction. Last year they planted, and it was all washed away in the flooding, along with their goats and chickens, initially bought by donations from the UK (our KCUK community ✨) and carefully reared and shared... all gone. But here they are, starting again from scratch, when so many give up. Amazing courage.
Beth mentions a fundraising page here, but only use it if you don't know me, as it takes a percentage for costs. All money sent to PayPal.me/harperchild goes directly to Beth.
