A few weekends ago, we held a reunion that included individuals in custody (IICs) as well as BICJM volunteers, totaling around 40 people.
Our ministry sponsored a meal from BJ's Market that included roasted chicken, catfish teasers with mustard sauce on the side, cabbage, green beans, macaroni and cheese, corn muffins, and peach cobbler.
Everyone enjoyed the food, and the IICs were able to fill their plates and enjoy food they do not typically eat on a day-to-day basis.
The sponsored meal was made possible through generous donors, including volunteers who go inside the jail and supporters from outside the jail.
We wanted to share ways to donate electronically for anyone who would like to support the ministry:
Here is the link for the PayPal page for donations: https://www.paypal.com/US/fundraiser/charity/5749240

BICJM is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt ministry. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our EIN can be found through the PayPal link.
