Just your annual reminder that everyone is welcome here, no matter who they love, how they identify, or how they choose to live their life. Kindness doesn't take anything away from you, and acceptance doesn't hurt anyone.

If that doesn't sit well with you, my pattern line may not be the right fit. I'd rather spend my time creating things that bring joy, connection, and happiness.

And remember, you never really know someone's story. The best we can do is treat everyone with kindness and respect. Hate has never made the world a better place.

I am, and I’m extra excited this year because it’s our first time teaching classes! I’ll personally be teaching 3 different classes:

Today I am starting the drive home from Atlanta! I will be home for almost 2 weeks before I head out again.

Loved kicking off today’s workshops with this fun group of geeks at MomoCon! We dove into raw edge appliqué with the bernette USA sewing machines and they absolutely crushed it!!

If you’re at MomoCon, I still have spots open in tomorrow’s workshop. Come hang out with me and I’ll walk you through English paper piecing while you make either a rupee or a mini D20.

I also have TWO Learn to Sew classes tomorrow and another on Sunday, so you officially have no excuses, whether or not you know how to sew!!
