Oh no! Due to a family emergency, one of our afternoon bands had to drop out and we now have a music-less spot. Are you a local musician or part of a band and could would be interested in a 45 minute set? We need you!

If you are free September 19th and would like to be part of a great family friendly, and animal-centric event, please reach out.

Also, vendor applications are still being accepted but keep in mind, if you want to take part in the Where is Waldo? Style game for attendees, we need you to register by September 1st.

Paisley is proof that great things come in small packages. This adorable 4-year-old Standard Long Haired Dachshund weighs just 14.4 pounds, but she's packed with sweetness, charm, and enough cuddles to fill a whole couch.

Surrendered by a Lancaster farmer, Paisley is now ready to trade farm life for the comfort of a forever home. In our care, she's been an absolute favorite with volunteers thanks to her friendly personality, gentle nature, and willingness to make friends with everyone she meets.

If you're looking for a loyal companion, a professional lap warmer, and an all-around wonderful little dog, Paisley may be the perfect match. She's ready to start her next chapter with a family who will love her as much as we do.

She will come spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested.

Starting tomorrow and all month long in September, you can help the 100+ dogs in our care just by rounding up your bill at kimbertonwholefoods in Eagleview!

Even better? At the end of the month, the store will generously MATCH all donations collected, helping your spare change go twice as far for the animals in our care.

And come see us this Sunday from 11 AM–2 PM at the store! We’ll have some of our adoptables joining us, so stop by to meet them, talk rescue, and maybe even find your new best friend.

Can you believe the incredible transformation sweet Jojo went through? From a scared stray cowering in the corner of the kennel, to silly bug dancing in the grass. We are so proud of her and thankful for our volunteers who make this possible.

Boogie arrived at the rescue last year just before Halloween, as part of a large litter of Jack Russell/ Border Collie puppies. Somehow, despite being the sweetest boy, he is the last man standing and still looking for a home.

Help us share his video and hopefully we will be able to celebrate his Gotchya Day! very soon.

NATIONAL ADOPT A DOG NAMED BEAR DAY 🐻

Okay… we made that up.

But considering we currently have THREE adoptable dogs named Bear, it feels like a national emergency at this point. 😂

Bear.
Bear.
And, believe it or not… Bear.

Three different dogs.
Three different personalities.
Three sets of ears that perk up every time someone yells “BEAR!”
Three very confused Bears wondering why nobody has adopted them yet. 🥲

So in honor of this completely legitimate holiday that we definitely did not invent 30 seconds ago…

PLEASE ADOPT A BEAR. 🐻❤️

Because having three Bears in one rescue is getting unbearable.
