Hello All!
Our first dance from our Summer Series is coming up next Friday! Ecstatic Dance Through The Chakras. We are looking forward to seeing you all and co-creating some magic together.
We never want cost to be the reason someone can’t join us. If this resonates with you and you feel called to dance but the price is a barrier right now, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to explore options that fit within your budget. This is a community, and you are welcome here.

I know, I know. It's been a minute. Life happens and life comes back around again and again. So here we are!
I am bringing back ecstatic dance and will be setting up shop at 134 Elm Street Cheshire, Connecticut.
This will be a process of experimentation as we find our niche in terms of scheduling. I don't have a date on the calendar yet, but I am thinking the first Wednesday of October possibly. I would like to host these twice a month maybe one in the morning and one in the evening. We will surrender to the mystery together to see what flows the best for community.
I just wanted to pop in and breathe some life back into this community! I look forward to vibrating with you soon!

My name is Karen Vitello (She/Her). I am a Soul Coach, Spiritual Counselor, and Holy Fire® III Reiki Master that is here to assist the shift, help you step into deep awareness, and guide you back to your soul.
What is Holy Fire® Ecstatic Dance?
Holy Fire® is a form of Reiki, a Japanese energetic healing technique that promotes stress reduction and deep relaxation. Holy Fire® Ecstatic Dance is movement guided by the universal life force energy that is in us and all around us.
We are often moving so fast that our awareness cannot pick up the subtle energies and shifts that are in perpetual motion. Through a demonstration and exercise, I channel reiki and guide you to drop into awareness. Once you have the reference point for this energy, we begin to follow it. It may move you to dance. It may move you deeper within. It may not move you physically at all. That is not for us to decide. Our only job is to bring loving presence to the self and melt into the mystery. Allow the energy to take you and ride the waves.
Holy Fire® Ecstatic Dance is a total surrendering and meditative practice to bring yourself back into full presence. This is a gift that is incredibly useful in our daily lives. When we are surrounded by what we perceive to be as chaos, we can challenge ourselves to bring awareness back to that which we can control, ourselves.
Reiki has been a beautiful tool that has assisted me on my journey back to my soul. The dance floor is where I met myself and reclaimed my power. It felt natural for me to combine these two sacred experiences to create and birth a safe space for others to taste the same.
As I walk the path through awakening and assist others, I discover time and time again that nothing opens the heart faster than music and dance. Music taps into frequencies that vibrate the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual layers of our being. Vibrating these layers allows us to keep our channel clear and flowing so that we can meet the world in the present moment without the baggage of our past or future. There is only The Now.
The dance floor has seen it all! It has seen our inner child, our animal, meditation, deep emotional release, grief, fear, sorrow, passion, joy, sleep, laughter and many more. All of you is welcome. All is offered up to be healed and celebrated.
It is my mission and privilege to assist others in the sacred shift. I look forward to meeting you on the dance floor.
