Fresh Food Pantry

Fresh Food Pantry Fighting food insecurity, one harvest at a time. One of the ways we do that is by planting gardens and sharing the harvest with families in need.

Help Us Build the Foundation for Growth

Our mission is simple — to love our neighbors by ensuring that everyone has access to fresh, nutritious food. This year, we’re focused on building the infrastructure that makes that possible — expanding our growing space, improving irrigation, fencing our orchard, installing cold storage, and preparing our site for long-term sustainability. These are big st

eps, and we can’t take them alone. Your partnership makes it possible for Fresh Food Pantry to keep growing — not just food, but capacity, stability, and impact. Whether through a recurring monthly gift, a major donation, or a business partnership, your support helps us build the foundation that will feed families for years to come. https://freshfoodpantry.org/donate/

We are so grateful to sign the papers for a grant we have been working towards for a whole year!

Our local Natural Resources Conservation Service has selected Fresh Food Pantry for a High tunnel grant to help us with sustainable practices, extended seasons, and improved soil and plant health!

This is going to be such an incredible addition to our garden and I couldn’t be more excited!!! (Next up, construction!)

Also, Tina has been amazing to work with. So kind, consistent and helpful! She comes and visits out garden regularly and loves the work we are doing. She is a joy to be around and has been so helpful with this process. What a blessing to us!

Growing organically means you have to focus on strong plants. It starts in the soil and then means care and protection along the way.

Realistically, we would have covered this kale in a bug netting. But since it is tucked into our flower hedge, we thought we’d let it go and see if we can harvest it before the bugs find it. And mostly- that worked just fine. But one sad plant took a lot of hits!
