So happy to reconnect with these wonderful teens on Day 2! We tackled heavy topics like conflict resolution and ethical decision-making, balanced that out by discussing how to destress & maintain wellness as a leader, then ended with a team collaboration challenge 🤗

What a great first day exploring who we are as leaders! We talked about how to define leadership, discussed traits of good leaders, explored our values, talked about how to make a difference in our communities, and discovered the importance of communication.
