We are incredibly proud of this year’s conference graduates and grateful for our incredible team of volunteer facilitators, ambassadors, speakers, and panelists who helped make this experience possible.

To our participants: the conference may be over, but your leadership is just getting started. We cannot wait to see the ideas you act on, the people you encourage, and the impact you continue to make in your schools and communities.

Special thank you to our community partners Youth Volunteer Corps of Hampton Roads and Papa John's Pizza of Hampton Roads for your support of our region's teens!

So happy to reconnect with these wonderful teens on Day 2! We tackled heavy topics like conflict resolution and ethical decision-making, balanced that out by discussing how to destress & maintain wellness as a leader, then ended with a team collaboration challenge 🤗
