Cancer Crusaders Cancer Crusaders: It is our mission to raise money and awareness of all cancers that affect men, women & children.

Cheri Thiel, Mischelle Duranleau and Trish Bitterman are good friends....and cancer survivors. We are either living with our cancer or living with the side effects of treatment or maintenance drugs. We are friends who believe that our cancer journey was not about bad luck, but an opportunity to use our experiences to help others who are traveling down this difficult road.

This year we were able to help Misty and Jody Thiel. Their son, Noah, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, or ALL. This upcoming CHS freshman has shown strength and courage well beyond his years. Please keep this family in your prayers.

Huge Thank You to all that came out and supported the Cancer Crusaders 5th Annual Scramble for a Cure golf outing. We are all winners and Cancer can suck it!! Cold and wet, but yet we survived and had a great time. Memories made. Join us for "A Night Of HOPE" on Thursday, October 30, at 6:00pm - 8:00pm at
CrossFit Steel Courage, 148 Chapman St Suite D, Chesaning, Michigan 48616.

An all women's Breast Cancer Awareness event at CrossFit Steel Courage. The evening will include motivational speakers, health education, raffle, Wod, a special event photograph by Alisa Slingerland and more. Cost is $10.00 - registration is at the door. Doors will open at 5:15. Tanks and raffle items will be available for purchase that evening. 100% of the proceeds will go to our local group Cancer Crusaders. Non-crossfitters are welcome to attend as the workouts will be scaled for all athletic abilities. Come join us for a fun filled evening of HOPE and inspiration, where we celebrate life, and finding a cure for breast cancer.
