September brings new routines, new classrooms, new schedules, and plenty of transitions. 🍎💙

For autistic individuals and autistic families, this time of year can be exciting, but it can also take time to adjust. New expectations, unfamiliar environments, changing schedules, and increased sensory demands can all add up.

A little extra patience and predictability can go a long way. Giving autistic individuals time to process changes and settle into new routines helps create a more supportive start to the season.
