🧪🔬 A new space for students to explore and discover!

Soddy Daisy Middle School recently unveiled its new STEM Center which provides, more opportunities for hands-on learning in science, technology, engineering, and math.

TVA and the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation equipped the new e-lab with new resources, new technology, and learning tools that will allow students to put their problem-solving skills to work.

We’re grateful for community partners who continue to invest in opportunities that help our students learn and grow.

What an inspiring afternoon at our AABE Professional Development event, "Voices that Power the Industry: Navigating the Currents of Change." We were honored to hear from an incredible panel of energy leaders who shared authentic stories, leadership lessons and thoughtful perspectives on navigating an industry that continues to evolve. One message resonated throughout the conversation: Change is inevitable but how we respond to it determines our impact.

Some key takeaways were relationships truly matter, lifelong learning is essential as our industry transforms, and growth often begins when we're willing to embrace new opportunities. We were also reminded that having a seat at the table is more than representation, it's about ensuring diverse voices help shape decisions, drive innovation and create a stronger future for the communities we serve.

Thank you to our amazing panelists, speakers, attendees and Professional Development Committee for making this such a meaningful conversation. And a special shout-out to Co's Kitchen for providing lunch that helped make the afternoon even more enjoyable.. Everything on the menu was delicious!!

Looking forward to what's next!!
