This limited-edition purple logo tee was created in honor of Jenna for our 5K this year. They were so popular we wanted to open them to the community.

Jenna's impact on Chattanooga Trach Families continues to be felt every day. We miss her deeply, and we are grateful for the way she brought families together, encouraged others, and helped shape this community into what it is today.

250 people came out to our second annual Breath of Life 5K!

We are amazed by how much this event has grown in just two years. Seeing our community come together in support of trach families was incredibly meaningful, and we're excited about what the future holds. Thank you to everyone who made this day happen.

Here's to growing this movement and reaching even more families in the years ahead. We can't wait for next year! 💙

Just a few highlights of our SEVENTEEN TRACH FAMILIES at our annual Breath of Life 5K on May 23rd. What started as a shared journey has grown into a vibrant community of support and belonging. We are so grateful for this group that has become home to so many families! ❤️

This weekend, our 1 Mile Walk became something even more meaningful.

After the recent loss of one of our leader’s trach children, we renamed the walk the Trach Angels Memorial Mile - in honor of every trach child who has been lost, but will never be forgotten. 💜

The loss of Jenna has taught us so much about grief, support, and what it truly means to continue showing up for families after the unimaginable happens. The trach journey does not end when the meals stop coming or the service is over. These families still need community, remembrance, and people willing to speak their child’s name.

Before the memorial mile began, our founder, Laura Scott shared a heartfelt message about love, loss, and the importance of carrying these children with us always.

This mile was for every trach angel.
For the families carrying grief beside gratitude.
For the children who changed us forever.

While Jenna’s passing inspired the renaming of this walk, the Trach Angels Memorial Mile will forever honor all of the children our community holds close in our hearts. 💜

Maggie, Kaia, Mia, Sydney, and Obi Wan had a special event they attended Saturday morning! The dogs were busy visiting with everyone that participated in "The Breath of Life 5K"!! It was a very special morning for all!

Happy Tracheostomy Awareness Week!

Joshua has overcome so many of his own milestones that I have about lost count. He has gone through countless surgeries and dealt with so much pain over the years. But Joshua is still loving life to the fullest and determined to prove some doctors wrong. His biggest milestone has been the doctor, at birth, saying Joshua will not live past a year old. I'd like to announce to you that Joshua is a vibrant young man of 20 year old!!
