Our goal is to help develop an intimate RELATIONSHIP with God and gain a deeper understanding.

It is profitable to be wise and walk in the counsel of the Lord. The words you speak and the advice you give will give life and restoration to those who are in need of it. When your words are based on the Word of God, you will be able to refresh the souls of many. But if your mind dwells on foolish, unfruitful things like gossip and foul speech, your words will not be profitable for anyone – they won't even be profitable for yourself.

Merciful and loving Lord, I shall sow the seeds of peace. Give me the courage to stand up to evil and violence, to raise my voice to defend those that do not have a voice to raise, and to remember the thin line between attack and defense. I ask that You protect me from the evil of the world, and give me the vision to recognize when I may be straying towards evil with my own actions. I ask that all I do be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord. Amen.

God is so good, and He saved You. He is also good and faithful to lead you, teach you, and show you His ways. You must seek Him though. Seek the LORD. Seek His face. Seek His truth, His way, and His path. If you pursue Him, He will show You. God doesn’t step back when You take a step forward. He is always there.

Praise be in him! Rejoice to our Lord! He loves us more than we could fathom, more than we could ever hope to repay. Therefore give thanks and rejoice in Him each and every day, for in forgiveness we may find our spirits cleansed. God not only heals our bodily diseases but also cuts out what is cancerous to the soul, or toxic to our faith. Let Him in, and rejoice His works!

Dear God, You are the Lord of the universe and above all things, and yet, You have called me Your child. It is too much for me to comprehend. Thank you, O Lord, for sending Your son, Jesus Christ, to our world so that we might be set free from the law of sin and death so we may become sons and daughters of the living God and enter your kingdom. We praise Your holy name! Amen.

We make excuses not to study the Bible. Time limitations seem to be the number one reason! The Word is a precious gift from God Himself. Absorbing scripture keeps us alert in the truth so we aren’t deceived by false prophets. It provides comfort in times of trouble and guidance when we have big decisions to make. Consistently studying God’s work strengthens our faith and our ongoing relationship with the Creator we love and adore. Love always has time.

Dear God, I thank you for the gift you gave me in the form of the Holy Spirit, your Spirit. Thank you, Lord, that because of your Holy Spirit, I am never away from you. Lord, I ask that I may remain attentive to the guiding and teaching of the Holy Spirit, through your word. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Lord, this great mystery is exciting for me. It gives me hope. In my mind’s eye, I see Your coming. I see the saints who have died being given new bodies. I see those alive being instantly transformed. I pray for those who don’t believe. I ask that You will exhaust every resource You have so that all will be a part of this glorious event and that none will be left behind on that day. Amen.

When we "lean" on our own understanding, we fall prey to the sin of arrogance. Humans tend to be "human" centered. We think we know best, in all things. Over and over again, we are exhorted in Scripture to "trust in God." He is faithful to direct our path. Our best bet is to let God be the one to tell us what to do. Our own understanding just doesn’t cut it. We have to step out of our own way and let God do the leading. Anything else is foolish pride.

Dear God, you are all powerful! There is nothing you cannot do. Your strength knows no limits. You protect your children and fight for them. We are in awe of you, O Lord. No one compares to your majesty. When I begin to rely on anyone or anything other than you, help me to remember that all my strength comes from you and you alone. May I live a life of praise for my King. In Jesus' name, amen.
