This holiday season, we’re on a mission to raise $3,500 by December 12th to gift adaptive trikes to 3 incredible children with disabilities. Every dollar brings us closer to giving them freedom, confidence, and the pure joy of riding on their very own trike.
Let’s make some holiday magic happen together!

A major review of over 1,000 trials shows that exercise is significantly more effective at reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety than medication or therapy — with benefits kicking in fast, especially in the first 12 weeks.
