We had a judge change, but we are so excited to welcome Bailey Hufstetler as our final judge for the competition tomorrow!

Bailey studied Business Administration at Bryan College in Dayton, building a strong foundation in leadership, management, and organizational development.

He currently serves as Executive Director at Lantern of Morning Pointe Senior Living, where he is dedicated to providing exceptional care, leadership, and support for residents, families, and staff. His professional approach is grounded in compassion, accountability, and excellence.

Deeply committed to community involvement, Bailey has an extensive history of volunteer service and leadership. He served as Past President and Board Member of the Spring City Chamber of Commerce for seven years and has contributed to organizations including Alzheimer’s Tennessee, the Alzheimer’s Association, the Tennessee Valley Theatre, and the Dayton Chamber of Commerce.

He also played a key role in public service as Rhea County Chairman for Governor Bill Lee’s successful first gubernatorial campaign.

Bailey is an active member of the Sale Creek Church of God and values faith, family, and service. He is a devoted husband to his beautiful wife, Kristen, and a proud father to their three children, Emma Jo, Amelia, and Isaac.
