These Volunteer Income Tax Assistance volunteers helped prepare tax returns for 4,357 local families. They found $3,095,075 in refunds. 387 of those tax clients became a Tennessee Saver by setting a savings/debt reduction goal of $1,178,400! What an economic impact on our communities. is a great program partner. 45 UTC students learned to prepare returns and expand the VITA capacity.
