Last Tuesday, we had our annual senior celebration for our seniors, Camille Harold and lya Feggans. They were awarded their kentes and presented lovely speeches. The CHS BSU team wishes them good luck for the years to come!!

We had an amazing meeting this Tuesday with UVAs BSA (Black Student Alliance) and EESA (Ethiopian and Eritrean Student Association). We talked about college readiness, played games, and got to know each other!

They are holding a outdoor event this weekend to connect CHS black high school students with the black community at UVA. Flyer in the second slide, the event is at OAAA Row #3. Hope to see you there Black Knights!! Please DM us if you would like to go so we can get you a waiver!

We had a great meeting with our superintendent, Dr. Royal Gurley yesterday afternoon! We talked about many issues that we feel like are present in our school lives. We want to give a HUGE thank you to Dr. Gurley and all of our attendees.
