Play where you live. JDYFL's teams are determined by age. Freshman League 5 - 7 years old.

Central Va Area
Ages 5-14
Birthdate is 8/1
Cannot turn 15 during the season and/or be in the 9th grade. Sophmores League 8 - 9 years old
Juniors League 10 - 11 years old
Seniors League 12 - 14 years old
Cheerleading 5-14 years old (depends on each area's participation)
Your League age is based on your age on August 1st of the season's calendar year. Players are not restricted based on weight. Gam

es begin in Late August and will be on Saturday or Sundays depending on the division. Some Seniors games may be held on week nights.

Freshman team is increasing daily!

Cheer registration closes July 1st- We cannot accept any registrations for cheer after July 1st. Uniforms must be ordered.

Summer campers who would like t-shirt must be registered by 6/25.
