Navigating college is tough, especially as a first-generation student. That’s where the CSP Navigator Program comes in.

Every CSP Scholar is thoughtfully matched with a Navigator—an adult volunteer who provides 1:1 support, mentorship, and guidance throughout their entire college journey. These relationships help ensure our Scholars not only finish college, but truly thrive in their chosen course of study.
