Our next packing is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16th. We will gather at 6 pm to make the boxes and do the last minute prep for the packout and our meeting will start at 6:30 pm. 30 Care packages were prepared and delivered to Crutchfield for shipment to our deployed service men and women!

Through the generosity of the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC) member-owners who round up their electric bills through The Power of Change program, the CARE Charity can award grants to non-profit charities. Our Blue Star Mothers chapter was honored to receive this award, which has allowed us to purchase items for our packing June 17th.
