Run Club dates are officially here!

This run club is meant to be a relaxed, welcoming space where anyone can show up exactly as they are. You don’t have to be fast or experienced: whether you want to run, jog, walk, or simply enjoy good conversation, this is a place to move your body, release stress, and connect with a supportive community.

Grab a friend, or a few! The more people, the better. I’m excited to run with you and grow our community together!

Whether it’s choosing to move your body, pausing to breathe, or showing up for yourself in a new way, each step matters. Progress looks different for everyone, and that’s okay. What matters most is continuing forward, at your own pace.

These habits can be really helpful when you’re trying to heal and work through a tough period with your mental health. They’re also healthy practices to build into your daily life, even when things feel okay. If this helps you, consider sharing it with a friend who might be struggling. Everyone deserves to have the tools they need to get through hard times.
