Worry doesn't change the outcome. It just makes you feel bad in the meantime. 💙

In recovery, our minds can race to the worst-case scenario — catastrophizing, over-preparing for pain that hasn't even arrived yet. But worry is just fear in disguise, and it can be a real trigger.

Here's a gentle reminder for today:
✔️ Ask yourself — is what I'm catastrophizing about even a real possibility?
✔️ Write down more realistic outcomes.
✔️ Focus on the next right thing in front of you.
✔️ If you can, help someone else — it shifts the focus beautifully.

You don't have to suffer before you suffer. Stay present. Stay grounded. 🖤

🎬 Calling All Filmmakers — Submit Your Short Film

The Finding Inspiration Foundation is now accepting short film submissions (under 20 minutes) for our upcoming 2026 screening series.
We’re looking for films that explore the human experience and spark meaningful conversations.

Selected films will be screened in person at Urban District Market and promoted across our platforms.

Submissions are completely free.
Learn more and submit your film here:

Earlier this morning, we had the opportunity to experience The Potential Project (.co), created by .co. The workout and guided conversation were led by at You vs. Yourself Gym at Camp North End.

It was a powerful event to be part of. We trained hard, reflected on intentional prompts, and had honest conversations about life — specifically what alignment looks like and what begins to shift when you recognize it in your own journey.

Grateful for spaces that challenge both body and mindset.

Looking forward to the next one. Thank you all for the opportunity.

We launched our blog.

Introducing:
Mental Health Storytelling & Social Impact Blog

This space is for going deeper.

Deeper into the “why” behind our films.
Deeper into the stories that started this foundation.
Deeper into the conversations we don’t always get to finish at screenings.

We’ll be sharing reflections on mental health, storytelling, stigma, film, and what it really looks like to build community around hard conversations.

Tap the link below or in our bio to check it out.

Let’s keep showing up.
Let’s keep talking.

🎬 We’re bringing back the Inspiring Films Series at Urban District Market () every Thurs Thursday, starting April 2026 — and it’s bigger than ever!

Each month, we’ll screen short films (10–20 minutes) centered around mental health, resilience, identity, grief, burnout, community and more — stories that open the door for real conversation.

And we’re now accepting film submissions.

If you’re a filmmaker with a short that aligns with one of our monthly themes, we’d love to consider it.

It’s free to apply.
