Join us on the solstice for this winter solstice sound meditation hosted by Phoenix Intuitive Arts and Entertainment and falllift. The message is of Hope and light in the darkness!

The event is in support of Nourish and Nurture Collective of Charlotte. You can share your own light by donating food and monetary gifts for our work. We will be present accepting donations.

This event will be held at Bloom Movement and Artistry, address at 6150 Old Pineville Rd, Charlotte NC 28217. We are gathering at 4:00 and the meditation will begin around 4:30. Feel free to bring a cushion or yoga mat if you prefer to meditate on the floor.

Every day, we're on the ground:

Providing Emergency Resource Bags and direct support to individuals experiencing homelessness, offering immediate well-being and a step towards a brighter future.

Delivering fresh, nutritious produce directly to local food pantries, ensuring healthy food reaches those who need it most, without delay or waste.

We believe in compassion, sustainability, and empowerment, and our community's well-being is at the heart of everything we do. But we can't do it alone!

Your donation, no matter the size, makes a tangible difference. It provides a warm meal, a hygiene kit, or fresh vegetables for a family in need. It fosters immediate relief and builds long-term food security.
