I never thought I'd see the day when the federal government had to launch a cooking show to teach Americans how to eat... REAL FOOD!
Seriously, what are they feeding us?
If we've gotten so far away from meat, eggs, fruits, vegetables, and food our grandparents would actually recognize that we need a show to teach us how to cook with them again, something has gone seriously wrong.
Maybe that's exactly why so many Americans are struggling with their health. It's hard not to wonder how we got here.
The fact that we even need a show called "The Real Food Show" (LOOK FOR IT ON YOUTUBE) says more about our food system than it does about cooking.
