Do you want to learn more about nutrition and real food? Would you like to explore, learn, and share yummy recipes and/or wellness

books? Would you like to embrace a lifestyle of natural, organic, seasonal, whole foods that supports your local farmer’s community? Would you like to get your love one excited about eating good food again? Would you absolutely love to cook fun, healthy meals, without spending all day in the kitchen by using a crock pot, blender, or batch cooking? Are you wondering why there are so many different diets? Low-carb or low-fat? How do you begin to sort through the confusion and decide what foods will help your body thrive? How do you eat well to be well? We shall inspire not only those around us, but also ourselves. Our events will be primarily educational, community-focused, and fun in nature, and celebrate that specific vibration of joyful discovery of self within a community of like-minded wellness foodie adventurers.
