You spend so much time looking around the room.

At the dancer with higher extensions.
The one who picks things up faster.
The one who always seems so confident.

But dance was never meant to be a race.
The goal isn't to become someone else.

It's to become more of yourself.
Keep showing up.
Keep trying.
Keep being brave enough to take up space exactly as you are.

Because the dancers who grow the most aren't always the most talented.
They're the ones who refuse to quit. 🤍

Sometimes the best recovery is simply smiling through it. It keeps the energy light, helps you forgive yourself, and shows confidence even after a mistake.
