The Rules:
👥 Co-ed Runs (Ages 9–12, 13–15, 16–18)
🤝 Choose Your Team (Each squad must have a girl player when available)
⏱️ 5-Minute Games — Winner stays on. Fast-paced. High energy. No excuses.
🏆 We’re crowning the ultimate King and Queen of the Court. DJs dropping tracks all night. The vibe will be unmatched.

THE SUMMER BLUEPRINT IS HERE. 🧬🏀

Summer is where rosters are made. Whether you’re looking for high-volume development or elite-level technical correction, The Lab is open.

Choose Your Path:

☀️ Daytime Development (High Volume): Monday – Thursday. Focus on game-speed repetitions, conditioning, and IQ. Lead by our Legacy Alumni - ._t and

9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Ages 9–12

11:30 AM – 1:30 PM: Ages 13–17

Daytime fees:

Single Session: $30 (Special Early Rate)

4-Session Pack: $100

10-Session Elite Pack: $225

🌙 Evening Elite (Technical Precision): Monday – Thursday. Advanced biomechanics and situational reads with Coach Jazz.

5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Ages 9–12

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Ages 13–17

Evening fees:

Single Evening Session: $45 (Special Early Rate)

4-Session Pack: $140
