Starting the week with service and gratitude! ✨🎒

This past Saturday, our team and incredible volunteers gathered at Middle Street A.M.E. Zion Church for the "Beautiful Me Toiletry Kitting Event." Working assembly-line style, we packed essential items to benefit the The Salvation Army Center of Hope Shelter for Women and Children. Immediately following the event, we transported the donations directly to the center on Spratt Street for distribution.

Here is a snapshot of our Saturday morning impact:

*Kits Assembled: Over 120 toiletry kits were created and delivered!

*What's Inside: Kits were filled with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, washcloths, feminine hygiene products, Kleenex, combs, brushes, mouthwash, and deodorant.

*A Special Touch: Many of our kits also included uplifting words of encouragement to help brighten someone's day.

Thank you to everyone who dedicated their Saturday morning to giving back to the Charlotte community. Your hands-on support makes the FACET Services, Inc. mission to educate, equip, and empower women in transition possible!

That’s a wrap on the Annual Shred Day! 📄✂️💙

A huge thank you to everyone who braved the rain this morning to safely dispose of their documents and protect their personal information. We are incredibly grateful to JP Financial Group and our former board member, Joyce Palmer. Joyce continues to find creative ways to support our cause, and FACET Services, Inc. was honored to be selected as a benefactor of today's event alongside The Charlotte Post Foundation

Today truly demonstrated the power of teamwork!

*Funds Raised: Together, we raised $511! These funds will be used directly to educate, equip, and empower women in transition.

*Community Spirit: Despite the weather, it was a beautiful morning of connecting with neighbors, enjoying live music, and coming together for a great cause.

Thank you for helping us clear the clutter and support the community.

A beautiful look back at an unforgettable afternoon! 💚

When we remember the 19th Annual Legends Luncheon, the visual that stands out the most is the strength of our community.

A sold-out room stepped up and stood together to support women actively transitioning into stable housing. Because of the generosity in that room, we successfully presented 9 women with $1,000 each, and this is what the "dignity of choice" looks like in action. Our goal is to always provide women with the financial autonomy to furnish their new homes and rebuild on their own terms.

Thank you again to our incredible Mistress of Ceremonies, Deneige Broom, Ohavia Reed, Shan Shableek Richardson, and our 2026 Legend, Tchernavia Ranesfore Montgomery, for elevating the afternoon.

A huge thank you to WSOC-TV and our incredible MC, Deneige Broom, for featuring the FACET 19th Annual Legends' Luncheon today.

We were privileged to put our mission of equipping women with the resources to make a new house a true home into action this afternoon by presenting each of our 9 honorees with $1,000 to assist with their transition.

This work is about providing the dignity of choice. Thus, FACET Services, Inc. strives to give women the financial autonomy to navigate their fresh starts on their own terms.

Thank you to the WSOC-TV team for sharing this mission with the wider Charlotte community.
