August is Black Philanthropy Month, and FACET Services is officially participating in the Give 8/28 movement!
To reach our community goal this year, we are looking for 150 people to give $28 each.
150 people x $28 = Our $4,200 Goal.

Every dollar raised will go directly toward our mission to educate, equip, and empower women as they transition into stable housing. FACET Services, Inc. provides the resources, life skills, and wrap-around support necessary to build stronger futures.

Yesterday morning, the FACET village went to work. Members of our Board of Directors and Taskforce gathered to assemble 152 backpacks filled with essential school supplies for elementary, middle, and high school students across Charlotte.

This annual initiative is designed to support families in transition and those experiencing homelessness, ensuring their children step into the new school year fully equipped and ready to learn.

After kitting the supplies, our team delivered the backpacks directly to three of our community partners: The Harvest Center of Charlotte, the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, and The Salvation Army Center of Hope Shelter for Women and Children. Thank you to everyone who made this year's drive a success!

FACET was happy to celebrate 5 women from who graduated from Harvest Center of Charlotte’s Transformational Program. It was a joy to observe these ladies growth during our workshops, Vision Board Party, and Sister Circle Mentorship Program and to see them transition to a life on independence. Each lady was awarded a $150 Voucher for a shopping day at Lowes.
