Many heartfelt thanks to my Boo Crew ! We raised $3,012 for Mount Pleasant Animal Rescue! I could not have done this without Pat Gaddis helping me with book editing, designing banners and shirts and helping with the logistics to make it work. Thanks also to local merchants for selling books and tickets; Down South On Main, Grammy’s Attic, Scout and Willow. To my great group of storytellers : Donna Carter Debbie Robb, Janet Stancil, Brian Stancil, Betty Honeycutt, Jane Cauthen, Jim Sells, Leigh Ann Sells, Kelly Carter, Pat Gaddis, Jay Gaddis, Megan Edwards, Carolyn Mauney, Kathy Dums, Mary Bost, Franklin Drake,Robin Mc Allister David Bowles and Margaret Mc Neely. I also want to thank my on site ticket team: Marie Mc Rorie, Valerie Mc Rorie and Tiffany Ruffin. Thanks also to Tom and Wendy. It is so wonderful to live in a town with such caring people.

Come join us for history, mystery and a ghostly good time on Saturday October 19 to learn about the spirits that haunt 10 historic homes in Mt Pleasant. Tickets are $10 and all proceeds go to Mt Pleasant Animal Rescue. They maybe purchased prior to the self directed tour at Grammy’s Attic or Down South on Main. There will be a map to guide you with your ticket. Tickets will be available beginning at 5p.m behind town hall. The tour will begin at 5:30 p.m. Parking availabile at Town Hall, St James, First Methodist Church lots.! Someone will be at each home to share their story. Please come out and support this very worthy cause!
