Next Step Clubhouse along with The Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte and Best Buddies of North Carolina are tri-hosting this OUTDOOR dance. DJ Joey will be playing at the event. We ask for your help to volunteer for the event.

Can you believe this will be the 25TH ANNIVERSARY of the Greater Charlotte Buddy Walk?!

This year's Greater Charlotte Buddy Walk will take place Sat., October 15 (Time TBD) at UNCC Jerry Richardson Stadium.

As our largest fundraiser of the year, the Greater Charlotte Buddy Walk provides about 50% of the needed resources for the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte to fulfill its mission. Every day we make meaningful strides to foster inclusion and to celebrate the lives of people with Down syndrome. There is no better way to celebrate people with Down syndrome than taking part in our 25th Annual Greater Charlotte Buddy Walk!

On Friday, May 6th, the DSA-GC is hosting our Annual Golf Tournament at The Divide Golf Club in Matthews, and one of our goals is to show the community that individuals with Down syndrome are capable of anything! 💙💛Therefore, we are hoping to have several Self Advocates with Down syndrome represent and volunteer at this event to show the world what you can do! We are hosting the birthday party of the year, and we need volunteers like you to make it happen!

Sign up today to help with a host of activities necessary to put on our annual 3-2-1 Dash for Down syndrome event LIVE and in person on March 19, 2022. There will be a birthday party celebration after the race ends with plenty of fun for everyone!
