💫 When Black women lead, they do more than make history…they make space.
This year, A’ja Wilson, Jordan Chiles, and Raquel Willis are honored as TIME Women of the Year 2025 — and each of them reminds us what radical excellence, resilience, and impact truly look like.
🏀 A’ja Wilson is more than a WNBA star — she’s a voice for equity in sports, a champion for mental health, and a beacon for young Black girls who need to see that excellence can come with grace, grit, and joy. Her leadership off the court is as powerful as her dominance on it.
🤸🏾♀️ Jordan Chiles, an Olympic gymnast, continues to redefine perseverance. From stepping up for Team USA when it mattered most to now mentoring younger athletes, she’s showing us that legacy is about lifting others as you rise — and embracing your authentic self every step of the way.
✊🏾 Raquel Willis, a Black trans activist, author, and visionary, is courage in motion. She’s pushing conversations around racial justice, gender equity, and trans liberation forward — not just by speaking truth to power, but by embodying it.
At EmpowHERment Inc., we believe in amplifying stories like theirs — stories that remind our girls that they can be powerful, complex, joyful, and free.
These women aren't just making waves — they're shifting culture.
✨ To every girl watching: you are already enough. You are already HER.
