The Carolinas Latin Dance Co. - Official We strive to keep the traditions & culture of our ancestors alive, authentically, while mixing and practicing modern dances and music of today's culture.

We cover music, dances, and the histories of each dance from Central and South America as well as Spain. We also cover modern Latin dances such as Merengue, Bachata, and Salsa. We like to give a foundation in Ballet and focus on posture, stage presence and technique through out the year.

Un tributo a México - hoy en su día de independencia - con solo unos de los trajes típicos que contiene nuestro repertorio!

Fun Fact: We have SO many different dances from Mexico because our lead choreographer (Mrs. Gina) had the opportunity while studying nursing in Puebla, México, to train and take classes with El Ballet Folklórico de Amalia Hernández!
