Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Gaston BGCGG serves youth at 4 sites: West Gastonia, Bradley Teen Center, Bessemer City and Dallas.

The BGCGG is a youth development organization that serves residents of Gaston County between ages 6 and 18. BGCGG upholds its mission through five core program areas: character and leadership development; education and career development; health and life skills; sports, fitness, and recreation; and the arts. We seek to instill a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging, and positive influence on all youth in the community.

The new school year is almost here, and we're excited to welcome returning and new Club families!

Parent Meetings are MANDATORY before registration can be completed for the 2026-2027 school year. These meetings will cover important information about our afterschool program, expectations, and registration.

🚨 Don't wait! Our Clubs fill up quickly, and space is limited.

Ms. Jada's 3rd graders embarked on an extraordinary adventure, harnessing the power of STEM to grow crystals! By creating a supersaturated solution of hot water and borax, they witnessed the magic of mineral layers forming on fuzzy pipe cleaners. As the hot water cooled, they observed the dissolved borax particles coming together in perfect harmony, forming an intricate, repeating geometric pattern that inspires awe and wonder! 💡✨
