CLTRunUp A running group for walkers, joggers, wanna-be runners, slow runners, fast runners . . .simply, for everyone. Join us because we do too!

CLTRunUp is for you if:
1) You think you're too slow to join a traditional running group.
2) You want to run and have no clue how to start.
3) You enjoy walking and don't mind hanging out with those crazy runners.
4) You'd like to break a sweat, but doing it alone bores the crap out of you.
6) You're a fast runner and you'd like to lead the pack.
5) You'd like to meet new people in the QC.

First meet up of the year was a success. We enjoyed the unusual, but gorgeous 70 degree weather on the greenway. Thanks Kirk, Brandy, Emily, and Paola for coming! Save the date - next week we're meeting same place but at 9 a.m. on Saturday!
