WALK WITH A SPRING IN YOUR STEP AT THE LEAP FAIR
https://www.waterburyleap.org/events/2024-waterbury-leap-energy-fair
We love Spring and look forward to seeing neighbors at the fun LEAP Fair, Saturday, April 13th from 9-2 pm at Crossett Brook Middle School. The Walk to Shop team will demonstrate how easy and fun it is to walk with a trolley. What is a trolley, you ask? It's a bright green, European style trolley that is light as a feather, has big wheels, weather-proof fabric, pockets inside and out and a frame that collapses, too!
The trolley excuse to leave your car at home, enjoy a walk, see your neighbor and shop on your own time? Check out our trolley--you’ll be surprised at how much you can carry--ten times its weight (40 to 50 pounds), and pulls with just one hand! Carry your groceries, laundry, gear to the pool and veggies from the garden, too.
Walk to Shop, is a mission-driven project of non-profit Net Zero Vermont--encouraging people-centered downtowns and streets filled with more people, walking more often. We partner with groups like LEAP to eliminate the barriers to mobility independence, access to food and convenient public transportation.
Put a spring in your step, a smile on your face, save money on gas, and enjoy a short, healthy trip with an affordable trolley. Come by our booth to learn more and to enter to win a free trolley!! Learn more at: https://www.netzerovt.org/walk-to-shop/
