About Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong:
Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong is the retired General Spiritual Director of New Kadampa Tradition-International Kadampa Buddhist Uinion, and the Resident Teacher at Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Center, the mother center of Kadampa Buddhism.
With almost five decades of experience in meditation practice and teaching, Gen-la Dekyong is renowned for her ability to present Buddha’s profound teachings in a way that is both practical and deeply inspiring. Her warm and clear teaching style makes the wisdom of meditation accessible to everyone.
