Two of our Blum USA apprentices competed in the NC SkillUSA competitions yesterday. Madison McCall won 1st place in CNC 3 axis Milling and Jeremy Wagstrom won 2nd place in 2 axis CNC Turning! Congratulations to our two medal winners!

🛠️💥 Meet Kenny, one of our star first-year apprentices who's got a sharp mind... and now, thanks to the bench grinder, sharp drill bits too! 😄✨ He's grinding away at the old "dull drill bit" problem with sparks of determination! Who knew that shaping metal could also shape your future? 🔧🎓

🌨️❄️Even though it’s cold outside, our apprenticeship shop at Blum is buzzing with warm, productive energy! Today, we want to spotlight Evan, one of our second-year apprentices.

🌟 Meet Sasha, a rising star in advanced manufacturing! 🛠️ She's now mastering the art of turning parts on a lathe, showcasing the precision and attention to detail that our apprentices learn here at Apprenticeship 2000.
Sasha is studying Mechatronics, and the turning she is doing is only a small part of her extensive training. She's gaining a comprehensive skill set that spans multiple disciplines within advanced manufacturing. 💪

It's National Apprenticeship Week!
We held a few team-building exercises today! Our first and second year apprentices competed against each other.
It's inspiring to see how each apprentice brings a unique perspective, enhancing our creative process and problem-solving abilities.
