Peter was brash, out-spoken, impulsive, and hard-headed. In his own strength and efforts accomplishing nothing. But when he surrendered his life to God, he found his identity in Christ, learning to trust in the power of the Holy Spirit instead of the strength of his own flesh. The turnaround from his denial of Christ to the book of Acts 2 was a life lived with a powerful destiny that impacted the world for God's Kingdom.

We have Jesus praying for our faith that will ultimately prevail, just like He did for Peter, when we surrender our life completely to Him. We, too, can bear much fruit for our Heavenly Father's Glory!

“Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.”

GOD is good all the time it’s us that don’t always want to lay our Issac down. Once we lay it all at his feet, pick up our cross, have unshakable belief ( faith) in him it opens us up to a completely different world. My prayer for everyone today is that the lord will show us, guide us and give us the strength to lay our Issac down and pick up our cross and get on his path. Give us the strength to rebuke satan and not allow him to water our faith down to becoming just belief. Keep us strong and continue to work through each and everyone of us to teach and touch others to draw them nigh to you I ask this in JESUS mighty name. AMEN

Just as Jesus took the things the people were familiar with - what they saw, felt, and heard - to lead them into deeper truths and reveal more of Himself and give greater understanding, He speaks to us in similar ways when we are sensitive to the Holy Spirit, recognizing He wants to talk with us through our experiences, life stories, and spiritual as well as natural senses.

Jesus always explained to the disciples in private what wasn't apparent with only casual, surface faith. He will do the same for you and I when we spend time alone with Him in prayer and His Word!
