Hi Family,

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who attended the Brown Family Reunion 2026 in Knoxville. I truly hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as I did! It was wonderful spending time together, making memories, and celebrating our family.

I'm reaching out because we still have one important item left to resolve, and I didn't want too much time to pass before we addressed it. We need to decide who will host our next Brown Family Reunion in 2028 and where it will be held.

If you have ever thought about hosting, now is the perfect opportunity! Please know that you won't be doing it alone. I will be happy to help in any way I can to make the planning process as smooth and successful as possible.

If you're interested in hosting or would like more information about what's involved, please let me know.

Thank you all again for making this year's reunion such a special one. I look forward to seeing what 2028 has in store for our family!

Hi Family,

There's still time to register for our 2026 Family Reunion Weekend (please do so by Sunday, July 19th)! We hope you'll join us for a weekend filled with fellowship, laughter, and the opportunity to reconnect with family from near and far.

Here's a preview of what you can expect:

Friday | Welcome Picnic & Family Field Day
3:00 PM – Dusk

Kick off the weekend with check-in, family photos, lawn games, a picnic dinner, our summer birthday celebration, line dancing, and plenty of time to catch up with relatives. For those who want to continue the fun, we'll have an optional meetup at Main Event following the picnic.

Saturday | Family Day Party
1:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Spend the afternoon enjoying live music, dancing, games, light refreshments, and great conversation. We've intentionally kept the programming minimal so everyone has plenty of time to relax and enjoy one another's company.

Saturday Evening | Family Reunion Banquet
6:30 PM – 11:00 PM

We'll gather for dinner, an inspirational welcome, a special presentation celebrating our family's history and legacy, recognition of a few family milestones, and an evening of dancing and fellowship.

Sunday | Optional Worship Service

Those who wish to attend are invited to join us for worship as we close out the weekend together before saying our goodbyes. If you're extending your stay, discounted tickets to Dollywood and Splash Country are also available.

Packing Suggestions

To help you prepare, here's a suggested packing list:

• Comfortable shoes for Friday's outdoor games and activities
• Casual, lightweight clothing for the picnic and Saturday day party
• Elevated casual attire for Saturday evening's banquet (no sweatpants, please)
• Any games, cards, or family photos you'd like to share throughout the weekend

If you haven't registered yet, we would love to have you with us.

ATTENTION!!!

This is a reminder that tomorrow, June 24, is the final day to book your hotel room at the family rate. If you have not yet made your reservation, please do so as soon as possible.

June 24 is also the deadline to register for the reunion. If you plan to attend but are unable to submit payment by that date, please contact me directly.

We need an accurate headcount for meals, t-shirts, and other event planning purposes, so your timely response is greatly appreciated.

I hope everyone has been having an amazing spring and getting geared up for the reunion next month!

We've been notified that rooms are being booked up fast for the reunion and we encourage you to book yours if you haven't yet! There currently deadline is JUNE 24th to book at the family rate.

If you reference the package sent out, it'll provide 2 different hotels and the family rate they can be booked for. After JUNE 24th, if you did not book your hotel room, you will have to pay the hotels regular rate per night.

We would also like to ask you have your registration and payment sent by JUNE 24th as well, so our team can finalize all details for the weekend itinerary. After JUNE 24th adults will pay a late fee of $20 and children $10.

If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us by email or phone!! Again please spread the news as we sent this out to as many people as we can, but not all the contacts are correct!
