Growing Our Girls was born in 2015, when a steady, lifelong passion for the empowerment of girls and women became an unmistakable roar (from within and beyond), demanding bigger, bolder action be taken in this movement to elevate our girls. After much consultation and guidance from many experts and leaders in this area, the Growing Our Girls brand was established. Through collaboration with these

leaders, we will provide you with stories and articles that are refreshing, relatable and informative, while offering engaging workshops and opportunities to connect with each other and your girls.

The thing your doctor didn’t tell you about her puberty and your perimenopause colliding at the same time… that we will.

This overlap is one of the least-talked-about dynamics in motherhood. While your hormones are recalibrating, hers are ramping up.

Last weekend at GOG’s Root & Bloom Retreat we did something rare — we unplugged, slowed down, and simply showed up for our girls.

What surprised us most?
💗 How moving it felt to hold our daughters again
🎨 The joy of creating with our hands
🌿 The beauty of being still together
✨ Seeing our girls light up under undivided attention

These moments weren’t just activities. They were seeds of connection that we’ll build on for years to come. 🌱
