Motherhood Support…… Healthy Conversations…. Grace Over Perfection 🤎

Our monthly mom’s support groups NEVER miss! Tonight’s topic was needed and timely. Major thanks to our postpartum counselor Nicole Prah-Ennin for your efforts in facilitating. We discussed “Communication”. In the same way, healthy relationships often require us to communicate our needs clearly rather than assuming others know what we’re carrying.

Thank you to all the mamas who showed up ready to pour into them! See you all next month!

Something meaningful is coming to our community in just 2 days!!!! Mint to Be of the Carolinas invites you to celebrate the unveiling of our Blessings of Grace Box—a tangible reminder that mothers and families are seen, supported, and never alone. 🤎

Inspired by 2 Corinthians 12:9, “My grace is sufficient for you,” this box will offer diapers for growing babies and brand-new books to nurture young minds, available to any community member who needs them. Each item represents grace in action, meeting everyday needs with compassion, dignity, and hope. 📚👶

Join us as we unveil this new resource! We welcome our neighbors, community partners, and supporters to stand alongside us and celebrate what we can accomplish together for mothers and children.

TODAY IS DAF DAY! 🎉

Today, donors, nonprofits and DAF providers across the country are celebrating , a national day of action for Donor-Advised Funds.

If you have a Donor-Advised Fund, today is an opportunity to consider the organizations and causes you care about and recommend a grant.

At the Greater Cabarrus Foundation, your DAF can support local nonprofits and community initiatives, including specific Cabarrus Spark projects designed to strengthen the organizations serving our community.

And if you don't have a DAF yet, DAF Day is a great time to learn more about how they work and whether one could be part of your philanthropic strategy.
