Last week was spent awarding several amazing students with their scholarship awards across North Carolina. It is truly an honor and a privilege to play a special role in these students’ lives and have a front-row seat to their success!

During the week, we also took a moment to honor mental health awareness with our Mental Health Matters Awareness event, where we awarded a student with a special scholarship and debuted our new MHMA shirts. Proceeds from shirt purchases go directly toward purchasing supplies for our Backpack Give Back event.

Each year we raise money, purchase supplies, and donate these items to local schools. Our goal is to help children reach their goals and set them up for success! They can’t do that without the right tools, and that’s where we come in — and where you can help, too! In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’ve released a special t-shirt to support an important cause. Proceeds from each shirt sold will help fund our annual Backpack Give Back event, providing students with the supplies they need for a successful school year. Our goal is to continue expanding our outreach efforts and supporting our community in meaningful ways.

We are excited to be kicking off our 2026 Student of Success Scholarship award presentation week tomorrow! We are beyond proud of all the students for their hard work. We are looking forward to recognizing them for their diligence, perseverance and commitment to success! Congratulations to all the winners of this year’s SOS scholarship!

Had a great time collaborating with . We visited Mallard Creek High School and interacted with the Leaders of Tomorrow.

We covered a variety of topics including financial literacy, scholarship opportunities, the State of Success Student of Success Scholarship, the importance of making good life decisions, treating others the right way, the importance of reputation, being one’s authentic self, and always believing in oneself.

It was an amazing experience that left us motivated and inspired. The future is bright!
