Community Partnership Alert!

We are delighted to once again partner with The Lotus Project and Promising Pages. Troubadour Booksellers will be onsite at The Lotus Project's upcoming production of Roald Dahl's W***Y WONKA JR. on May 9. From 3-6pm, we will host a pop-up book sale of all things Dahl (plus select children's and mid-grade books). Get books to take home or purchase books for donation to Promising Pages at a 10% discount.

Promising Pages is the Charlotte Area Book Bank. Promising Pages collects new and donated books and shares them with children living in the Charlotte Area Book Desert: those with few, if any, books at home. AUDITION ANNOUNCEMENT! Mark your calendars!

Auditions for SHREK! The Musical will be June 7th and 8th

Rising 3rd-8th graders are eligible to audition for the following principal roles: Young/Teen Fiona and featured fairytale creatures

All other principal roles will be open to rising 9th graders through adults

Ensemble only auditions will take place in late August!

Rehearsal Dates: SUNDAYS ONLY from August 30-November 15

Tech Rehearsals: November 15-18

Performance dates: November 19-21

Announcing REVOLT: Our 2026-2027 season. Next year’s productions at The Lotus Project all center around the idea of speaking up, challenging the systems in place, and pushing back against antiquated rules and ideas.

SHREK! The Musical (November 19-21) will be open to rising 3rd Grade - Adults.

The Prom (March 11-14, 2027) will be open to teens and adults (8th grade and above).

Matilda (June 3-5, 2027) will open to 3rd grade through adults.
