🇺🇦В Україні триває робота над Стратегією державної міграційної політики до 2035 року.
У межах серії експертних обговорень директорка MoveUkraine Антоніна Березовенко звернула увагу на ризики швидких рішень у цій сфері.
«Ми маємо розуміти ситуацію в конкретних громадах: скільки є вакансій, які вони, як ставиться місцеве населення».
Йдеться не лише про залучення робочої сили з-за кордону, а й про внутрішні ресурси країни - людей, які вже є в Україні, але не залучені до економіки, а також про досвід старших поколінь.
«Відсікати ці покоління від економіки - дуже необачно».
Окремо підкреслюється ризик втрати висококваліфікованих фахівців при одночасному залученні менш кваліфікованої робочої сили.

Within a series of expert discussions, Director of MoveUkraine Antonina Berezovenko highlighted the risks of making fast decisions in this area.
“We need to understand the situation in specific communities: how many vacancies there are, what they are, and how the local population perceives them.”
This is not only about attracting labor from abroad, but also about internal resources - people who are already in Ukraine but are not engaged in the economy, as well as the experience of older generations.
“Excluding these generations from the economy is very unwise.”
She also emphasized the risk of losing highly qualified professionals while simultaneously attracting lower-skilled labor.
