The Massage Oil is made from Organic Arnica and other Soothing Herbs to help ease the aches and soreness that can come along with pregnancy and childbirth. This massage oil can also be beneficial to athletes, children and anyone who needs relief from muscle aches or tension.

The Sitz bath is a combination of organic, healing herbs, Himalayan salt and Epsom salt. This sitz bath is used to promote healing, reduce swelling and inflammation, relax muscles in the perineum, relieve pain from a tear or episiotomy and also soothe soreness from pregnancy and childbirth.
